Background & Challenge:
In 2019, WRMC began managing a high-rise community in Colorado. The property, consisting of two 16-story towers and a clubhouse, was undergoing a $12MM capital improvement project. This large-scale project required skilled management, from roof replacements to parking deck resurfacing. Additionally, the community faced the challenge of asbestos in the ceilings, requiring careful mitigation during renovations.
Action & Outcome:
With the support of the Board of Directors, WRMC provided both day-to-day operational oversight and project management expertise. Over the course of ten months, we successfully navigated multiple complex projects, including asbestos remediation and the installation of new building systems. Our proactive approach and attention to detail transformed Candlewyck, with the Board and residents recognizing WRMC as a game-changing partner. The project strengthened WRMC’s presence in Colorado, and we continue to serve communities with the same dedication and professionalism.
