Andrea Willett is the visionary leader serving as the Chief Executive Officer of WRMC. With an extensive tenure spanning over a decade, Andrea has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to the company’s growth and success.
Andrea’s journey with WRMC began in 2010 when she interned with the company throughout her college years. Upon graduating, she joined WRMC full-time and quickly made her mark within the organization. Over the past 11 years, she has progressed through various roles, gaining invaluable experience in every department. Prior to assuming the position of CEO in 2021, Andrea served as the COO for three years, contributing significantly to the company’s operations and strategic direction.
With over 13 years of formal experience in the HOA industry, Andrea’s passion for community management runs deep. Growing up, she had the privilege of shadowing and learning from her beloved uncle, Worth Ross, the founder of the company. This unique perspective has shaped her understanding and appreciation of the industry, fueling her dedication to excellence. Her heart, soul and passion to make a positive mark on her family legacy drives the business forward in a comprehensive and long term focused manner.

In 2017, Matt embarked on his journey with Worth Ross Management, and since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our organization. Matt’s career began in sales and marketing with the renowned Walt Disney Company. He later transitioned to the world of professional sports, working with the Florida Panthers. It was during this time that Matt discovered his passion for property management and joined one of the largest firms in the United States in that field. Additionally, Matt co-founded a successful technology startup, which he exited in 2022. This entrepreneurial experience adds a valuable dimension to his expertise and problem-solving approach.
Throughout his tenure at Worth Ross Management, Matt has been instrumental in driving the organization’s success. Working closely with executive leadership, he has played a key role in creating and implementing strategic plans to scale the business and refine our approach. His innovative thinking and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry landscape have been invaluable in positioning Worth Ross Management as a leader in the field.
Matt holds prestigious designations including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). In her role, Katrina and her teams play a crucial role in supporting our managers on a daily basis. One of her key responsibilities includes completing resale certificates and lender questionnaires, ensuring a smooth transition during property transfers. She also takes charge of communication with various stakeholders, such as realtors, title companies, and lenders, to ensure efficient coordination and timely information exchange.
Another essential aspect of Katrina’s role is managing our vendor management system. She diligently sets up new vendors, ensuring their compliance with insurance standards to safeguard our communities’ best interests. Additionally, Katrina actively assists owners by addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts, demonstrating her commitment to exceptional customer service.
Recognizing the importance of accurate data management, Katrina is responsible for updating owner information in our accounting system. By maintaining up-to-date records, she ensures the smooth operation of our financial processes and enhances transparency for all stakeholders.

With over a decade of experience in luxury high-rise management, Elizabeth joined the Worth Ross Management team in 2017. In her current position, she focuses on financial and facilities management, onsite operations support, Board education, and the continuous growth and improvement of our company and the communities we serve.
Elizabeth finds great joy in collaborating with Board members and the Worth Ross Management team to protect, serve, and enhance our clients’ most valuable asset—their homes. Her unwavering dedication ensures that the properties entrusted to our care are well-maintained, creating an exceptional living experience for all residents.

Elizabeth’s contributions extend beyond her professional achievements. Since 2017, she has served on the Board of the Austin Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), leveraging her expertise to drive positive change and promote excellence within the industry.
Additionally, Elizabeth is actively involved in shaping policies and legislation as a member of the executive committee of the Texas Legislative Action Committee. Through her participation, she advocates for the interests of the six million homeowners residing in nearly 50,000 community associations across Texas.

Jack Thuet serves WRMC as the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. He plays a key role in supporting the team’s efforts to partner with new communities, uphold the company’s brand integrity, and ensure client satisfaction. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic growth initiatives that align with WRMC’s vision for long-term success.
Jack began his career in architectural and engineering consulting and has been supporting the HOA industry for over 11 years. Prior to joining WRMC, he oversaw business development for the Central U.S. at an international multi-disciplinary consulting firm. His background includes extensive experience in structural and building enclosure assessments, managing capital improvement projects, and assisting with insurance and construction defect claims.
Jack has a deep passion for understanding the unique needs of communities and finding solutions to complex challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family and friends, caring for his two Bernese Mountain Dogs, and starting home improvement projects.

Bob’s journey with Worth Ross Management began in 2016 when he joined the company as an Insurance Consultant and now serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Risk Management. With over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, Bob has successfully resolved property claims, casualty claims, and flood claims throughout his career. His expertise in insurance matters has been instrumental in providing fair settlements and ensuring the best outcomes for the communities we manage.
Bob’s role includes building inspections and the development of processes and procedures aimed at enhancing safety, reducing risk and liability, and continuously improving operational standards. He has been involved in working with engineering firms on large capital improvement and repair projects, as well as collaborating with HOA boards to resolve complex and challenging issues.
With a background spanning 30 years in retail management and 15 years in wholesale management, Bob brings a well-rounded perspective to his role. His experience ranges from customer satisfaction and employee training to operational standards and expense control. This diverse expertise enables him to provide value to WRMC by facilitating insurance claim resolution, improving building standards, and developing standard operating procedures that support our industry leading team.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Stephen’s career has spanned high-end hospitality, including roles at the prestigious Wynn/Encore in Las Vegas and the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, as well as consulting with major airlines on customer service standards through Deloitte by L.R.A.
Stephen has four years of experience in the HOA industry, managing both single-family/low-rise condominiums and serving as General Manager for high-rise properties. In his current role as Regional Director, he is passionate about enhancing owner satisfaction, streamlining operations, and driving financial performance through detailed budget planning and review.
With a deep commitment to building strong relationships with boards, communities, staff, and vendors, Stephen’s approach is rooted in a true servant’s heart for the customer service industry. He enjoys working closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high standards across the portfolio.
In addition to his professional achievements, Stephen has been heavily involved in the New Orleans Mardi Gras community, serving on the Board of Directors of a Mardi Gras Krewe for over a decade before stepping down in 2024. Married in 2020, Stephen and his wife have two daughters. He is also working towards earning his CMCA certification in 2025, further solidifying his expertise in community association management.

Prior to joining our team, he held Controller positions with HOA management and Single Family Residential companies, where he honed his skills in financial management and reporting. Additionally, Roy has extensive experience in auditing and retail property management, along with valuable insights gained from his time working at a prestigious Big 4 public accounting firm.
Since joining Worth Ross Management, Roy has been instrumental in leading our Accounting team to effectively support our Operations teams in delivering accurate and timely financial results. His collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills make him a valued team player, as he enjoys working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve accounting processes and provide transparency in financial reporting.

In her previous position as the Director of Client Relations for properties in the South Florida area, Nicole demonstrated her expertise in overseeing and supervising client relations. Her focus was on building professional and effective interactions that fostered positive relationships, increased satisfaction levels, and ultimately contributed to improved organizational performance.
Since joining WRMC, Nicole has been instrumental in fostering collaboration across all departments and establishing a close working relationship with the Regional Directors.
