Andrea’s journey with WRMC began in 2010 when she interned with the company throughout her college years. Upon graduating, she joined WRMC full-time and quickly made her mark within the organization. Over the past 11 years, she has progressed through various roles, gaining invaluable experience in every department. Prior to assuming the position of CEO in 2021, Andrea served as the COO for three years, contributing significantly to the company’s operations and strategic direction.
 
With over 13 years of formal experience in the HOA industry, Andrea’s passion for community management runs deep. Growing up, she had the privilege of shadowing and learning from her beloved uncle, Worth Ross, the founder of the company. This unique perspective has shaped her understanding and appreciation of the industry, fueling her dedication to excellence. Her heart, soul and passion to make a positive mark on her family legacy drives the business forward in a comprehensive and long term focused manner.

Matt Kopchak is a dynamic and experienced professional serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Worth Ross Management. With a rich background spanning various industries, Matt brings a diverse set of expertise and leadership to our team.

In 2017, Matt embarked on his journey with Worth Ross Management, and since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our organization. Matt’s career began in sales and marketing with the renowned Walt Disney Company. He later transitioned to the world of professional sports, working with the Florida Panthers. It was during this time that Matt discovered his passion for property management and joined one of the largest firms in the United States in that field. Additionally, Matt co-founded a successful technology startup, which he exited in 2022. This entrepreneurial experience adds a valuable dimension to his expertise and problem-solving approach.

Throughout his tenure at Worth Ross Management, Matt has been instrumental in driving the organization’s success. Working closely with executive leadership, he has played a key role in creating and implementing strategic plans to scale the business and refine our approach. His innovative thinking and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry landscape have been invaluable in positioning Worth Ross Management as a leader in the field.

Matt holds prestigious designations including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Additionally, he is a licensed manager in the state of Florida. These credentials demonstrate his commitment to professional excellence and staying at the forefront of industry best practices.

Katrina Swindle is a dedicated professional serving as the Vice President of Administration at Worth Ross Management Company. With an extensive tenure of more than two decades, she has been an integral part of our organization since 2003.

Katrina’s passion lies in the field of administration and providing invaluable support to our team members. She firmly believes that by empowering and assisting our team, they can better serve our communities and meet the needs of our clients.

In her role, Katrina and her teams play a crucial role in supporting our managers on a daily basis. One of her key responsibilities includes completing resale certificates and lender questionnaires, ensuring a smooth transition during property transfers. She also takes charge of communication with various stakeholders, such as realtors, title companies, and lenders, to ensure efficient coordination and timely information exchange.

Another essential aspect of Katrina’s role is managing our vendor management system. She diligently sets up new vendors, ensuring their compliance with insurance standards to safeguard our communities’ best interests. Additionally, Katrina actively assists owners by addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts, demonstrating her commitment to exceptional customer service.

Recognizing the importance of accurate data management, Katrina is responsible for updating owner information in our accounting system. By maintaining up-to-date records, she ensures the smooth operation of our financial processes and enhances transparency for all stakeholders.

Elizabeth Babin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in luxury high-rise management. As the Regional Director at Worth Ross Management Company, Elizabeth brings her expertise and passion for excellence to every aspect of her role.

With over a decade of experience in luxury high-rise management, Elizabeth joined the Worth Ross Management team in 2017. In her current position, she focuses on financial and facilities management, onsite operations support, Board education, and the continuous growth and improvement of our company and the communities we serve.

Elizabeth finds great joy in collaborating with Board members and the Worth Ross Management team to protect, serve, and enhance our clients’ most valuable asset—their homes. Her unwavering dedication ensures that the properties entrusted to our care are well-maintained, creating an exceptional living experience for all residents.

Committed to ongoing education, Elizabeth has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). By staying up to date regarding industry best practices, she provides exceptional service to our clients.

Elizabeth’s contributions extend beyond her professional achievements. Since 2017, she has served on the Board of the Austin Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), leveraging her expertise to drive positive change and promote excellence within the industry.

Additionally, Elizabeth is actively involved in shaping policies and legislation as a member of the executive committee of the Texas Legislative Action Committee. Through her participation, she advocates for the interests of the six million homeowners residing in nearly 50,000 community associations across Texas.

Outside of work, Elizabeth cherishes quality time with her family, traveling with friends, and engages in community activities. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others and giving back to her community.

Jack Thuet serves WRMC as the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. He plays a key role in supporting the team’s efforts to partner with new communities, uphold the company’s brand integrity, and ensure client satisfaction. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic growth initiatives that align with WRMC’s vision for long-term success.

Jack began his career in architectural and engineering consulting and has been supporting the HOA industry for over 11 years. Prior to joining WRMC, he oversaw business development for the Central U.S. at an international multi-disciplinary consulting firm. His background includes extensive experience in structural and building enclosure assessments, managing capital improvement projects, and assisting with insurance and construction defect claims.

Jack has a deep passion for understanding the unique needs of communities and finding solutions to complex challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family and friends, caring for his two Bernese Mountain Dogs, and starting home improvement projects.

Bob’s journey with Worth Ross Management began in 2016 when he joined the company as an Insurance Consultant and now serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Risk Management. With over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, Bob has successfully resolved property claims, casualty claims, and flood claims throughout his career. His expertise in insurance matters has been instrumental in providing fair settlements and ensuring the best outcomes for the communities we manage.

Bob’s role includes building inspections and the development of processes and procedures aimed at enhancing safety, reducing risk and liability, and continuously improving operational standards. He has been involved in working with engineering firms on large capital improvement and repair projects, as well as collaborating with HOA boards to resolve complex and challenging issues.

With a background spanning 30 years in retail management and 15 years in wholesale management, Bob brings a well-rounded perspective to his role. His experience ranges from customer satisfaction and employee training to operational standards and expense control. This diverse expertise enables him to provide value to WRMC by facilitating insurance claim resolution, improving building standards, and developing standard operating procedures that support our industry leading team.

With his extensive insurance and management experience, Bob is multifunctional player on our team. His expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for excellence contribute to the success and growth of WRMC, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Jenifer Reider is a dedicated professional serving as the Sr. Regional Director of DFW. With a strong background in claims management and association management, Jenifer brings valuable expertise and leadership to her role.

Jenifer entered the property management industry in 2014, and since then, she has made significant contributions to the field. Since joining WRMC in 2021 Jenifer has ascended into the role of Regional Director in the Dallas – Fort Worth Market. Prior to joining Worth Ross Management, she worked in claims management, honing her skills in navigating complex issues and ensuring efficient and fair resolutions.

Jenifer has leveraged her expertise to streamline management reporting, forge strong relationships with board members, and foster a sense of community within her teams. Her dedication to enhancing communication and collaboration has contributed to improved operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

With nearly a decade of experience in association management and over 20 years of people leadership, Jenifer brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Her extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects enables her to drive successful outcomes and deliver exceptional results.

While new to Worth Ross Management Company, Barbara boasts an impressive 12 years of experience in HOA management, having worked with a wide range of common interest communities. Her comprehensive knowledge spans various aspects of property management, including community development and the transition from developer to homeowner control. Barbara holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. Stephen joined WRMC in September 2024, bringing with him over a decade of experience in management, customer experience consulting, and community association leadership. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Stephen’s career has spanned high-end hospitality, including roles at the prestigious Wynn/Encore in Las Vegas and the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, as well as consulting with major airlines on customer service standards through Deloitte by L.R.A.

Stephen has four years of experience in the HOA industry, managing both single-family/low-rise condominiums and serving as General Manager for high-rise properties. In his current role as Regional Director, he is passionate about enhancing owner satisfaction, streamlining operations, and driving financial performance through detailed budget planning and review.

With a deep commitment to building strong relationships with boards, communities, staff, and vendors, Stephen’s approach is rooted in a true servant’s heart for the customer service industry. He enjoys working closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high standards across the portfolio.

In addition to his professional achievements, Stephen has been heavily involved in the New Orleans Mardi Gras community, serving on the Board of Directors of a Mardi Gras Krewe for over a decade before stepping down in 2024. Married in 2020, Stephen and his wife have two daughters. He is also working towards earning his CMCA certification in 2025, further solidifying his expertise in community association management.

Nanci Johnson proudly serves as the Regional Director for Central Texas at WRMC. Joining the team in 2023, Nanci brings a wealth of experience in the field of association management and hospitality.

Prior to her role at WRMC, Nanci served as a Regional Director in San Antonio, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio of single-family communities. Her career background includes senior-level regional operations and management roles in the hospitality industry, a history of success in property management, revenue growth, and team development.

With over 15 years of experience in the association management profession and hotel settings, Nanci is dedicated to achieving outstanding results and continually raising the bar for client service and leadership. Her key focus is on exceeding client, staff, and employer expectations in every aspect of her work. Nanci’s passion for excellence is evident in her commitment to client satisfaction and delivering tangible results.

Dondi Morse joined WRMC as a Senior Manager and, through her proven leadership and commitment to excellence, became a Regional Director. Drawing on 11 years of operational experience in real estate, Dondi has overseen everything from the initial development of communities to full-scale, ongoing operations.

Prior to her role at WRMC, Dondi served as an Executive Director overseeing diverse real estate portfolios, including large-scale start-ups and master-planned communities. Her approach is rooted in servant leadership, empowering teams to collaborate effectively while delivering impactful results.

In her time at WRMC, Dondi has led a successful management team and partnered with Executive Leadership to shape strategic planning initiatives. Known for her ability to foster collaboration, she focuses on operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and developing a strong internal culture that supports long-term growth.

Alexis Strauss serves as the Human Resources Director at WRMC, bringing over 15 years of expertise in people operations to the team. Alexis’s extensive background includes experience in both residential and commercial property management, with a specialized focus on building HR departments and implementing HR technology.

Since joining WRMC, Alexis has made significant contributions by collaborating with the team to develop a robust recruitment strategy and execute HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals. Roy joined our organization in March 2023, bringing with him a diverse background in finance and accounting. Prior to joining our team, he held Controller positions with HOA management and Single Family Residential companies, where he honed his skills in financial management and reporting. Additionally, Roy has extensive experience in auditing and retail property management, along with valuable insights gained from his time working at a prestigious Big 4 public accounting firm.

Since joining Worth Ross Management, Roy has been instrumental in leading our Accounting team to effectively support our Operations teams in delivering accurate and timely financial results. His collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills make him a valued team player, as he enjoys working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve accounting processes and provide transparency in financial reporting.

With his keen attention to detail and analytical mindset, Roy is dedicated to ensuring financial results are not only accurate but also accompanied by insightful analysis. Since joining WRMC in 2018, Mackenzie Nguyen has led the accounting department with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. With more than seven years of experience in association accounting, he brings a deep understanding of financial best practices and compliance to his role. Before transitioning to WRMC, Mackenzie worked in government contracting, overseeing division finances for both the Fort Worth and Germany locations. This diverse background has equipped him with a strong analytical skill set and the ability to manage complex financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. Mackenzie is passionate about creating a positive impact for the communities WRMC serves. Nicole joined WRMC in 2019 as the Training Director, where she played a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective training programs. Recognizing the importance of culture and engagement, she has now taken on the role of Head of Culture and Engagement, overseeing initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment both internally and externally.

In her previous position as the Director of Client Relations for properties in the South Florida area, Nicole demonstrated her expertise in overseeing and supervising client relations. Her focus was on building professional and effective interactions that fostered positive relationships, increased satisfaction levels, and ultimately contributed to improved organizational performance.

Since joining WRMC, Nicole has been instrumental in fostering collaboration across all departments and establishing a close working relationship with the Regional Directors. Together, they have been actively involved in crafting and executing innovative solutions to enhance employee performance and promote higher levels of engagement. Nicole’s propensity and knack for connecting individuals within the organization to create compounding benefits has been a key to WRMC’s positive company evolution.

With nearly 13 years of experience in HOA property management, Nicole’s background ranges from on-site work to training, employee relations, and client relations. Her diverse experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the unique challenges it presents.
