Andrea Willett is the visionary leader serving as the Chief Executive Officer of WRMC. With an extensive tenure spanning over a decade, Andrea has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to the company’s growth and success.
 
Andrea’s journey with WRMC began in 2010 when she interned with the company throughout her college years. Upon graduating, she joined WRMC full-time and quickly made her mark within the organization. Over the past 11 years, she has progressed through various roles, gaining invaluable experience in every department. Prior to assuming the position of CEO in 2021, Andrea served as the COO for three years, contributing significantly to the company’s operations and strategic direction.
 
With over 13 years of formal experience in the HOA industry, Andrea’s passion for community management runs deep. Growing up, she had the privilege of shadowing and learning from her beloved uncle, Worth Ross, the founder of the company. This unique perspective has shaped her understanding and appreciation of the industry, fueling her dedication to excellence. Her heart, soul and passion to make a positive mark on her family legacy drives the business forward in a comprehensive and long term focused manner.
 
Andrea’s unwavering commitment extends beyond the success of WRMC. Matt Kopchak is a dynamic and experienced professional serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Worth Ross Management. With a rich background spanning various industries, Matt brings a diverse set of expertise and leadership to our team.

In 2017, Matt embarked on his journey with Worth Ross Management, and since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our organization. Matt’s career began in sales and marketing with the renowned Walt Disney Company. He later transitioned to the world of professional sports, working with the Florida Panthers. It was during this time that Matt discovered his passion for property management and joined one of the largest firms in the United States in that field. Additionally, Matt co-founded a successful technology startup, which he exited in 2022. This entrepreneurial experience adds a valuable dimension to his expertise and problem-solving approach.

Throughout his tenure at Worth Ross Management, Matt has been instrumental in driving the organization’s success. Working closely with executive leadership, he has played a key role in creating and implementing strategic plans to scale the business and refine our approach. His innovative thinking and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry landscape have been invaluable in positioning Worth Ross Management as a leader in the field.

Matt holds prestigious designations including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Additionally, he is a licensed manager in the state of Florida. These credentials demonstrate his commitment to professional excellence and staying at the forefront of industry best practices.

Passionate about all aspects of the business, Matt takes pride in providing high-touch, elevated service to every community we serve. His dedication to delivering exceptional experiences and fostering strong relationships sets the standard for excellence within our organization.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Matt finds joy in exploring new destinations through travel, cherishing quality time with his family, and seeking adrenaline-filled adventures through various adrenaline sports.

Katrina Swindle is a dedicated professional serving as the Vice President of Administration at Worth Ross Management Company. With an extensive tenure of more than two decades, she has been an integral part of our organization since 2003.

Katrina’s passion lies in the field of administration and providing invaluable support to our team members. She firmly believes that by empowering and assisting our team, they can better serve our communities and meet the needs of our clients.

In her role, Katrina and her teams play a crucial role in supporting our managers on a daily basis. One of her key responsibilities includes completing resale certificates and lender questionnaires, ensuring a smooth transition during property transfers. She also takes charge of communication with various stakeholders, such as realtors, title companies, and lenders, to ensure efficient coordination and timely information exchange.

Another essential aspect of Katrina’s role is managing our vendor management system. She diligently sets up new vendors, ensuring their compliance with insurance standards to safeguard our communities’ best interests. Additionally, Katrina actively assists owners by addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts, demonstrating her commitment to exceptional customer service.

Recognizing the importance of accurate data management, Katrina is responsible for updating owner information in our accounting system. By maintaining up-to-date records, she ensures the smooth operation of our financial processes and enhances transparency for all stakeholders.

Katrina’s dedication extends beyond her core responsibilities. She is always available to meet any additional needs that our managers and owners may have. Her willingness to go the extra mile and her approachable demeanor make her a trusted resource within our organization.

Jack Thuet serves WRMC as the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. He plays a key role in supporting the team’s efforts to partner with new communities, uphold the company’s brand integrity, and ensure client satisfaction. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic growth initiatives that align with WRMC’s vision for long-term success.

Jack began his career in architectural and engineering consulting and has been supporting the HOA industry for over 11 years. Prior to joining WRMC, he oversaw business development for the Central U.S. at an international multi-disciplinary consulting firm. His background includes extensive experience in structural and building enclosure assessments, managing capital improvement projects, and assisting with insurance and construction defect claims.

Jack has a deep passion for understanding the unique needs of communities and finding solutions to complex challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family and friends, caring for his two Bernese Mountain Dogs, and starting home improvement projects.

Jenifer Reider is a dedicated professional serving as the Sr. Regional Director of DFW. With a strong background in claims management and association management, Jenifer brings valuable expertise and leadership to her role.

Jenifer entered the property management industry in 2014, and since then, she has made significant contributions to the field. Since joining WRMC in 2021 Jenifer has ascended into the role of Regional Director in the Dallas – Fort Worth Market. Prior to joining Worth Ross Management, she worked in claims management, honing her skills in navigating complex issues and ensuring efficient and fair resolutions.

Jenifer has leveraged her expertise to streamline management reporting, forge strong relationships with board members, and foster a sense of community within her teams. Her dedication to enhancing communication and collaboration has contributed to improved operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

With nearly a decade of experience in association management and over 20 years of people leadership, Jenifer brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Her extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects enables her to drive successful outcomes and deliver exceptional results.

As a team player, Jenifer is passionate about the business aspects of property management, project management, and team development. She thrives on collaboration and believes in fostering an environment where every team member can grow and excel.

Stephen joined WRMC in September 2024, bringing with him over a decade of experience in management, customer experience consulting, and community association leadership. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Stephen’s career has spanned high-end hospitality, including roles at the prestigious Wynn/Encore in Las Vegas and the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, as well as consulting with major airlines on customer service standards through Deloitte by L.R.A.

Stephen has four years of experience in the HOA industry, managing both single-family/low-rise condominiums and serving as General Manager for high-rise properties. In his current role as Regional Director, he is passionate about enhancing owner satisfaction, streamlining operations, and driving financial performance through detailed budget planning and review.

With a deep commitment to building strong relationships with boards, communities, staff, and vendors, Stephen’s approach is rooted in a true servant’s heart for the customer service industry. He enjoys working closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high standards across the portfolio.

In addition to his professional achievements, Stephen has been heavily involved in the New Orleans Mardi Gras community, serving on the Board of Directors of a Mardi Gras Krewe for over a decade before stepping down in 2024. Married in 2020, Stephen and his wife have two daughters. He is also working towards earning his CMCA certification in 2025, further solidifying his expertise in community association management.

Nanci Johnson proudly serves as the Regional Director for Central Texas at WRMC. Joining the team in 2023, Nanci brings a wealth of experience in the field of association management and hospitality.

Prior to her role at WRMC, Nanci served as a Regional Director in San Antonio, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio of single-family communities. Her career background includes senior-level regional operations and management roles in the hospitality industry, a history of success in property management, revenue growth, and team development.

With over 15 years of experience in the association management profession and hotel settings, Nanci is dedicated to achieving outstanding results and continually raising the bar for client service and leadership. Her key focus is on exceeding client, staff, and employer expectations in every aspect of her work. Nanci’s passion for excellence is evident in her commitment to client satisfaction and delivering tangible results.

As a team player, Nanci works effectively with her colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Her dedication to achieving results and passion for client satisfaction align with the values of WRMC, contributing to the company’s overall success.

Alexis Strauss serves as the Human Resources Director at WRMC, bringing over 15 years of expertise in people operations to the team. Alexis’s extensive background includes experience in both residential and commercial property management, with a specialized focus on building HR departments and implementing HR technology.

Since joining WRMC, Alexis has made significant contributions by collaborating with the team to develop a robust recruitment strategy and execute HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals. Her comprehensive approach to HR ensures that WRMC attracts, retains, and develops top talent, fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Alexis holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. These credentials underscore her commitment to maintaining high standards in HR practices and her dedication to continuous professional development.

With a passion for supporting employee development and optimizing HR processes, Alexis excels in various facets of HR, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach help enhance the overall employee experience, driving organizational success and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Roy E. Reed, Jr. is a seasoned accounting professional with a proven track record in the property management industry. As the Controller – Association Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Roy brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his role at our company.

Roy joined our organization in March 2023, bringing with him a diverse background in finance and accounting. Prior to joining our team, he held Controller positions with HOA management and Single Family Residential companies, where he honed his skills in financial management and reporting. Additionally, Roy has extensive experience in auditing and retail property management, along with valuable insights gained from his time working at a prestigious Big 4 public accounting firm.

Since joining Worth Ross Management, Roy has been instrumental in leading our Accounting team to effectively support our Operations teams in delivering accurate and timely financial results. His collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills make him a valued team player, as he enjoys working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve accounting processes and provide transparency in financial reporting.

With his keen attention to detail and analytical mindset, Roy is dedicated to ensuring financial results are not only accurate but also accompanied by insightful analysis. His commitment to delivering reliable and meaningful financial information allows our organization to make informed business decisions and drive growth.

Roy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is an active member of professional organizations, including the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). He stays abreast of industry trends and regulations, continuously enhancing his knowledge to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Outside of the office, Roy enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the great outdoors. He believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and is passionate about giving back to the community through various charitable endeavors.
